MODEL 59 - STRAIGHT ROLL-TO-ROLL CURVE
    All curves require products with smooth, flat bottom surfaces. When merging turning wheels are required. When diverging diverters are required. Applications suitable to the Model 59 are as follows: Medium Duty, Case/ Carton/ Box/ Tote, and Transport.

MODEL ITF - 3 STRAND IN-THE-FRAME CHAIN TRANSFER
    Live roller conveyor require loads with smooth, flat bottom surfaces. Pallet bottom boards must be parallel to direction of flow. If product orientation is a concern, notify distributor. Model ITF - In-The-Frame Chain Transfer Conveyor are used typically for heavy duty, unit loads, pallet loads, and sortation.

    Guard Rails:
    Angle Guard Rails - Leg In and Leg Out, Both. 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 12 gauge.
    Fixed Channel Guard Rails - Straight channel and curved channel.
    Straight - 3-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 10 ga. both sides.
    Curved - 90 or 45 degree, inside, outside, or both sides.

    Heavy Duty Blade Stops:
    1. - Holes for 3/8 Hardware will need to be added to channels at assembly or field fit.
    2. - Air pressure of 60 PSI required.
    3. - Air cushion adjustment (Uniflo factory set). Turn screws all the way in and one turn out.
