GRAVITY ROLLER CONVEYOR
When using gravity conveyor all products must have a smooth, flat bottom surface. Materials are powered by manual or gravity forces with this equipment. Be sure both the equipment and the equipment operator are within their load weight capabilities. Appropriate applications for the straight gravity conveyor vary according to roller diameter as follows: Model 70 (1.9" dia.) -- Medium Duty, Carton/ Case/ Tote/ Box, Product/ Work Holding, Order Picking, and Manual Transport. Model 72 (2.5" dia.) -- Heavy Duty, Carton/ Case/ Tote/ Box, Product/ Work Holding, Order Picking, and Manual Transport.

"Tripod" Series Mobile Supports: Skatewheel Only - Durable, 3-legged pipe stands, with adjustable height variations. Rod Type Ceiling Hangers: Widths - Widths correspond with width of conveyor ordered. Lengths - 10' long fully threaded rod. To be used in place of standard stationary supports. Extensions - Rod lengths may be extended using coupling nuts. Rods - 5/8" diameter all thread rods. Cross Pipe - 1-1/2" diameter pipe. Poly-Tier Supports: Capacity - 1500 lbs. per cross member and 3000 lbs. per support. Widths - 22" to 46" standard overall widths. Heights - Heights from 36" to 84" top of roller. Tiers - Two tiers standard. Knee Braces - 10 gauge formed angle steel. One set standard. Installer must field drill for exact fit. End Stops: Skatewheel Angle End Stop - 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 12 gauge angle bolted to end of conveyor frame. Roller Angle End Stop - for 1.9" gravity and 2.5" gravity. 1.9" - 1" x 1-1/2" x 16 ga. steel. 2.5" - 6" @ 8.2# painted structural channel. Raised End Roller Stop - 2" dia. x 16 gauge roller. Turning Wheels: Specs - 6" diameter wheel x 1-1/4" rubber face with mounting hardware. Spring Balanced Conveyor Gates: Widths - Overall widths range from 16" to 40". Lengths - 3' and 4' standard lengths. Hinge Hardware - 7 ga. steel hinge hardware bolted to conveyor channel. Compression Springs - Springs vary from 75 - 300 lbs. depending on weight and width of conveyor. Cross Bracing - 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/16" structural angle. Handles - 1/4" x 1-1/4" bar steel open-ended handles. Gate Rest - 7 ga. structural steel gate rests. Weight Limits - All spring balanced gates are limited to a maximum of 90 lbs. per four foot (4'0") length. For gates in excess of 90 lbs. per four foot (4'0") length, counterweights will be used. Guard Rails: Adjustable Channel Guard Rails - 7/8" x 1-5/8" x 12 gauge channel, 5/8" dia. support "L" rod and clamps. Angle Guard Rails - Leg In and Leg Out. 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 12 gauge. Fixed Channel Guard Rails - straight channel and curved channel. Straight - 3-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 10 ga. both sides. Curved - 90 or 45 degree, inside, outside or both sides.
